QLDC Contract Review
Hadleys was appointed by the Queenstown Lakes District Council to review an operation and maintenance contract that was not performing to quality or cost standards. Following a thorough review of the contract including contractor and staff interviews and detailed cost analysis, the parties agreed to abandon the existing contract and adopt a new form of contract. The review combined with the renegotiated contract led to cost reductions for QLDC in excess of $2M in the first year alone.
