Escarpment Subdivision, Aspen Grove, Queenstown

Hadleys were the Engineer to the Contract for the completion of a 7 lot subdivision on a steep and difficult site in Aspen Grove/Fernhill. The contract covered earthworks, water, stormwater and wastewater services, and roading. Hadleys completed the procurement, contract management, construction monitoring and final approval process for this project.
