Atley Downs

Hadleys were engaged to project manage all design and construction elements of this 44 lot high quality residential subdivision.  Atley Downs was the first of several land development projects on the east side of Arthurs Point.  It is recognized as the premier development in the area and utilised several new design features including deletion of kerb and channel to reinforce rural theme.  The project later included management of a significant intersection and road realignment on the Arthurs Point Road.
