Alpenrose Villas

Alpenrose Villas is a luxury apartment development on Queenstown Hill. The apartments were constructed using solid form masonry construction and included 8m high retaining walls and large cantilevered concrete decks. This project was design managed by Hadleys including both engineering and architectural inputs.
