Delta Subdivision

Hadleys carried out full design and documentation for this large scale 240 lot subdivision on the shores of Lake Te Anau. Works included the resolution of stormwater reticulation outlets to landscaping ponds including detailing of super design flow outlets to Lake Te Anau to ensure compliance with aesthetic and regulatory requirements. This project involved extensive hydrological modeling and analysis, including liaison and consent work with both Environment Southland and Southland District Council.
