Set on a steep, rocky, triangular site right above the water’s edge, this 450m² multi-level residence was a decade-long vision of the architect-owners.

Our structural team helped make it a reality, meeting the site’s challenges and the creative brief with solid engineering principles that allowed innovation to shine. From exposed semi-industrial steel detailing to prefabricated wall and roof systems, every solution balanced strength, efficiency, and aesthetics.

The result is a stunning, sustainable home that captures breathtaking lake views — and winner of the Southern Supreme House of the Year Award in the Over $1M category.
