Butcher House

Wye creek house is a luxury residence located at a headland overlooking Homestead Bay.

This single-story residence is designed to maximise the expansive north-facing lake views while keeping privacy from state highway 6. The structural design uses tapered steel frames, and concrete and timber shear walls to achieve this aesthetic.

The structural design incorporates the detailing of luxury architectural residences including fully thermally broken slabs and recessed and flushed fittings.
